Shipping & Order Processing

How long does it take to ship my order?
Most orders are made just for you and ship within 2–7 business days after processing. Once your order is on the way, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We're always exploring new ways to expand, so stay tuned!

Where do orders ship from?
Our products are made to order and ship from trusted U.S. fulfillment centers directly to your door. This approach allows us to maintain quality while reducing waste.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $50.

 

Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All orders are final sale. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges, including for custom items.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We want your experience to be seamless. If your item arrives damaged or something’s not right, email shop@thewomancfo.com within 30 days of delivery.

Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition so we can take care of it as soon as possible.

How does your refund process work?
If your issue qualifies for a refund, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary by your bank or card issuer.

Still waiting on a refund?
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, feel free to follow up with us.


Orders & Payment Options

Can I change or cancel an order once it’s placed?
Orders move quickly through our system, so changes can’t always be made once submitted. That said, reach out to us right away and we’ll do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment options, including:
Credit/Debit Cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Venmo.


Product Details & Candle Ingredients

Are your candles clean and non-toxic?
Yes! Our Ligne Privée candles are hand-poured with premium coconut apricot wax and scented with phthalate-free fragrance oils. They’re clean-burning, long-lasting, and made to elevate your space and your mood.

Do you offer gift packaging or handwritten notes?
Not yet but it’s coming soon. Every item is shipped with care in minimal, elevated packaging that’s gift-ready as is.
